1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, the order is sent for processing and cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel: To cancel, email us immediately at support@sitylook.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Refunds and Replacements
Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
However, we will offer a free replacement or refund in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong product/design/size received due to our error
Major printing issues or quality defects
To be eligible:
You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
Provide clear photos showing the defect, product tag, and packaging.
